Ear, Nose & Throat Specialist with offices in Dover, OH and Millersburg, OH.
Upon finishing his medical training in 2003, he returned to this area to build his medical practice and raise his family. Today, Kurt Garren, M.D. is a board-certified Otolaryngologist (aka “Ear, Nose, and Throat” specialist) and a head and neck surgeon with offices in Dover and Millersburg, Ohio.
He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of allergy and sinus issues, disorders of the ear, facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, and voice and swallowing disorders, in pediatric and adult patients.
Dr. Garren is currently on staff at Joel Pomerene Hospital in Millersburg.
Dr. Garren graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Doctor of Medicine degree from The Ohio State University School of Medicine.
His residency training includes a General Surgery Residency at Mount Carmel Medical Center and Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. In addition, Dr. Garren is a Doctoral Research Fellow at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Fun Fact: Dr. Garren was the first physician in the area to offer the first FDA-approved treatment for Eustachian Tube Dysfunction in adults.

Neil Mast P.A.-C is a certified Physician Assistant. He grew up near Berlin , OH and graduated from Hiland High School. Neil is a graduate of Marietta College where he received his Master Degree physician assistant studies.
Rachel Raber P.A -C is a certified Physician Assistant. She grew up in Dover, OH and graduated from Dover High School. She is a recent Graduate of Marietta College with her master in Physician Asst Studies and is the newest provider here at Kurt C Garren MD Inc.
