What to Expect at Your First Visit

At your first visit please bring all new patient paperwork along with a picture ID and insurance information. We also provide discounts to self-pay patients and payments plans. We do collect copay at the time of service as well.

Please allow adequate time for your first visit as we like to gather all needed information to provide the best care possible to all patients.

Things to Know:

Office hours are Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm (closed for lunch from 12-1)
We offer many in office procedures as an alternative to surgeries that you can inquire about at your appointment.
We offer several types of solutions for allergies and allergy testing. Please contact the office to schedule an appointment to go over your options.
